                                                           Bee Pollen is a superfood

1. WHAT IS BEE POLLEN?

Pollen is the male-germinating seed of any flower, shrub or plant. It is called Bee Pollen, because the honey bees collect it, on their back legs, as they go from flower to flower and take it back to the hive as food for the other bees. The honey bee collects only the purest of pollens. It avoids all toxic plants, including those containing pesticides.

2. WHAT DOES BEE POLLEN CONTAIN?

Bee pollen contains every known vitamin, mineral, protein (amino acid), over 5000 enzymes, and co-enzymes, fats, oils, hormones, peptones, carbohydrates, high concentration of nucleic acids, RNA, DNA and a variety of antibiotic substances.

3.WHAT IS THE COMPOSITION OF BEE POLLEN?

Honey bee pollen, which is known to be “friend of the insect” is encased in two protective coatings. The excine, composed of sporopollen and cellulose, is known to be acid resistant, and has withstood temperatures in excess of 300 degrees C. Beneath this is the thinner, intine layer, which preserves oil and starch.

4. WHAT DOES BEE POLLEN DO?

It provides the body with all the nutritional elements it needs, and in just the right proportions, honey bee pollen allows the body’s own healing and rejuvenation mechanisms to perform their normal functions of building, restoring, maintaining and protecting every cell. It offsets the catabolic effects of toxins, pollutants, and drugs, resulting in better health and a longer life.

5. WHAT HAS POLLEN HELPED?

Pollen cures nothing. However, numerous testimonies claim that pollen helps aid the body against the following: fatigue, high blood pressure, weight control, low blood sugar, anemia, diabetes, sinus, asthma, improved virility, certain forms of cancer, retards age. Pollen also helps allergies against similar pollens in the air.

6. HOW MUCH POLLEN SHOULD I TAKE?

It is recommended that the individual start eating small amounts of bee pollen and gradually increase it. How soon you increase depends on the individuals’ basic health, body size and activity level. General RDA is one teaspoon per day. For long storage, store in a cool dry place.

Bee Pollen is a "nature made" multivitamin and can also help with environmental allergies. I sell Bee Pollen. I have 2 sizes available. The half-pound and one pound size.
